Welcome to Hunter’s Heart. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://huntershearthealth.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of our products. The Site is operated by Hunter’s Heart LLC (“Hunter’s Heart,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our products

Our balms and other products are made for dogs only and are for external use unless a product says otherwise. They are handcrafted in small batches in Bridgeton, Missouri. Product descriptions, photos, and colors are provided in good faith, but slight variations may occur between batches because our products are made from natural plant oils and botanicals.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not a substitute for veterinary care.

2. Health and safety

  • The Site, quizzes, assessments, and our chat assistant provide general wellness information only. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult a veterinarian about your dog’s health, especially for open wounds, infections, sudden changes, pain, or after surgery.
  • Test a small amount on your dog’s skin before regular use, and stop using the product and contact your veterinarian if you notice any reaction.
  • Do not use our products on cats or other animals. Some ingredients and essential oils are not safe for them.
  • Keep products out of reach of children and pets when not in use. If your dog eats a large amount, contact your veterinarian.
  • You are responsible for using products according to their labels and directions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are charged separately and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons such as product availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
  • Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Pre-orders. Some products may be offered for pre-order. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel a pre-order before it ships, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Discounts and promotions. Promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States [COMPLETAR: confirm countries]. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on carriers and other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. Please provide a complete and correct shipping address; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you. 6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Email and marketing

If you join our early list or opt in to marketing, we may send you updates, launches, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Chat assistant and quizzes

Our chat assistant uses artificial intelligence and may make mistakes. Do not rely on it for veterinary, medical, or emergency decisions. Quiz and assessment results, including the Canine Longevity Score and the Calm Test, are informational and are not a diagnosis. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, photos, and designs, belong to Hunter’s Heart LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Hunter’s Heart and related names and logos are trademarks or brands of Hunter’s Heart LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or to harm others; interfere with or attempt to break the Site’s security; use bots, scrapers, or similar tools without our permission; submit false or misleading information; or misuse the chat assistant or forms, including sending spam or malicious content.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you confirm that it is yours and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or any law. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content at any time.

12. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors, email, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific result for your dog. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter’s Heart LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Hunter’s Heart LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products or the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at info@huntershearthealth.com so we can try to resolve it.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
